6^th Russian International ITS Congress

The 6^th Russian International ITS Congress was held in Moscow on 21-23 April, 2014, co-sponsored by the Russian Ministry of Transportation and the Russian State Duma.

More than 80 participants took floor in the plenary session of the Congress, ITS in Railway Transportation and Global Satellite System-based Navigation and Information Technologies sections, traffic security conference “Safe roads”, international conference “Quality Assurance in Road Works”, “ITS in the Road Network Life Cycle”. Among them was Igor Matsur, the Director General of “VZGLYAD” LLC, who presented United Technological Platform for ITS “ElecTraCop” using RFID—his holding own invention patented in 30 countries around the world, including the USA.
