3rd Russian International ITS Congress
The 3rd Russian International ITS Congress was held in St. Petersburg on 17-20 May, 2011.
In total, about 400 experts in the fields of transport development and implementation of communication technologies, as well as chiefs of transport enterprises and government officials attended the event. The scientific team from Tula led by Igor Matsur presented there its new development—a New Generation Automatic Traffic Regulation Control System, VZGLYAD.
