International Conference “ITS and the toll road network in Russia”
The International Conference “ITS and the toll road network in Russia” was held in Moscow on 29-30 October, 2014. The event was organized by the “Russian Automobile Roads” state enterprise.
The agenda of the conference included issues of IT development and implementation of ITS in the road network.
At the round-table discussion in the section of “Payment collection systems and toll road services”, Andrei Ignatov, the Executive Manager of “VZGLYAD” LLC, presented his report titled “The Concept of Road Demand Control based on the United Technological Platform “VZGLYAD””.
