Events
4th Russian International ITS Congress
The 4th Russian International ITS Congress took place on 19-25 June, 2012. It was held in the St. Petersburg International Business Centre, sponsored by the Government of St. Petersburg, Russian Ministry of Transportation and Russian State Duma.
The Congress has become a traditional space to discuss major issues of ITS development and effective problem-solving, as well as to strengthen ties between government, science and business. Igor Matsur, the Director General of “VZGLYAD” LLC, presented his paper titled “VZGLYAD—A Way to Fight Traffic Jams from Tula”, suggesting new ways to create and implement intellectual transport systems.
